YOUTH TRAINING

You do not become a top athlete instantly. It takes a large dose of discipline and perseverance to reach the top. We believe that kickboxing is much more than just sports, it teaches self-control, respect and discipline.

Especially for young athletes there is our Youth Program: a special training program for children from 5 to 15 years old.

What makes our youth program so special? We combine sports with personal learning goals and closely monitor the development of our young athletes. At SB Gym the young athletes dont only learn kickboxing, but they work on developing a positive self-image, they learn to deal with rules, winning and losing, regulate their anger and aggression and certainly show respect for each other. This under the guidance of qualified and experienced trainers.
